About
This will be a special day for the members of the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, as eleven of them will take to the Philharmonic stage as soloists and will play with the LCO led by Adomas Morkūnas-Budrys, the younger generation conductor. Some of them have been playing for many years, gaining stage experience and maturity, while others are just beginning their creative journey. All of these soloists are laureates of competitions, not limiting their careers to work in the Orchestra, but also performing with various ensembles and collectives, participating in musical projects and festivals, and working as pedagogues. The concert programme includes seldom performed, less known opuses from different eras and genres, cherished by the soloists themselves.
We invite you to get to know these talented musicians better in the concert LCO Portrait.
