Ticket refunds

Events organised by the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society:

  • Tickets purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless the event is rescheduled or cancelled.
  • In the event of a rescheduled event, the ticket purchased is valid for the rescheduled event.
  • Tickets for rescheduled and cancelled events can be returned no later than the date specified in the concert information.
  • Refunded tickets may be exchanged for Philharmonic vouchers of the same value or the amount paid may be refunded by bank transfer.
  • Ticket refund requests are accepted at pagalba@kakava.lt and at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society Box Office. The free-form request must be accompanied by a copy of the tickets to be refunded and a receipt or a copy of the bank transfer. If you wish to receive a refund for your tickets, you must also provide your account details (name, surname, account number).
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of the request.

Audience members wishing to return tickets for events organised by another organiser are invited to contact the organiser of the event or consult the organiser’s website for information.

Additional information

  • The Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society has the right to change the date, time, venue, programme and performers of concerts at its discretion. For the latest information on the Lithuanian National Philharmonic events, please visit our website.
  • One hour before the concert, tickets are only available for that day’s concert.
  • After the third bell, the audience is not admitted to the hall.
  • Pre-school children are not admitted to evening concerts. They are welcome to attend the Family Series concerts.
  • Photography, filming or audio recording during the concerts is prohibited without permission of the Philharmonic Administration. Members of the media wishing to take photographs, film or make audio recordings on the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society’s premises should contact the Public Information Department.
  • If you intend to drive to the concert, please arrive at least 20 minutes in advance to find a parking space. There are only paid parking spaces around the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society’s building.
  • Access to concerts is available for people with reduced mobility. Please let us know before you arrive by calling +370 614 417 25, +370 5 266 52 33 and we will make arrangements for you to enter the hall.
  • Lifts are available for people with individual needs. Please contact any member of the Hall Service for this service.
  • Due to the smaller spacing on the balcony of the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Concert Hall, we recommend that taller listeners or listeners with leg problems choose balcony row 1 or row 9 seats 9–11.
  • The organiser films and photographs events for archiving and broadcasting purposes.
