Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Frozen, The Princess and the Frog, 101 Dalmatians, Pocahontas, The Lion King – if you go to any part of the world, you will find children who know the plot of these cartoons by heart. Have you ever wondered what else these cartoons have in common besides colourful characters and enchanting stories? That’s right, amazing music. It not only adds to the visuals, but also becomes an integral part of the stories. It is no coincidence that the music of the cartoons is the subject of Oscars, it has been written by legends such as Phil Collins, Elton John and Peter Gabriel, and is on a par with the most outstanding works of pop, rock, jazz and musicals.
