The Fourth Dimension
June 6–22, 2021
We welcome the jubilee 25th Vilnius Festival with excitement and invite participants and the audience to dive into the fourth dimension. On June 6–22 we are planning to present memorable music programmes – eight encounters with brilliant foreign and Lithuanian artists.
Having already experienced last year what it means to hold a festival in time of pandemic, this year we are determined to accept all surprises as an opportunity. While designing the Festival programmes, we knew that we were diving into something that could change every second due to circumstances beyond our control. It is what it is. The Festival program has changed many times over the year and might change again, who knows. Therefore, the motto of the jubilee Festival – the fourth dimension – defines its atmosphere.
Let us hope that the most important thing – live music – will be a strong thread connecting those who dive into new experiences and those who enjoy new encounters. We wish all participants and listeners of the Festival a good dive!
